35 Biennial General Conference of The Meghalaya College Teachers' Association

The 35th Biennial Conference of the Meghalaya College Teachers’ Association was held on the 26th of April 2024 at Shillong College, Shillong. Biennial General Conference was attended by members drawn from the affiliate college units of the Association from across the state. In the Inaugural Session, Prof. (Dr.) Alicia Gatphoh, Vice Chancellor, ICFAI University, Meghalaya graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Prof. Ayon Bhattacharjee, Dean (Faculty Welfare), NIT Meghalaya and Mr. Joseph Somi, Regional Director, IGNOU, Shillong as Guests of Honour.

As part of this Biennial General Conference, the elections of new office bearers were held and the following Office Bearers and EC Members were elected:
